About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents specializing in motor insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.

• Identify and address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

• Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Agent Recruitment and Management:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents specializing in motor insurance.

• Provide ongoing training and support to agents to enhance their knowledge and skills.

• Monitor and evaluate agent performance, setting clear goals and targets.

• Motivate and inspire agents to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of productivity.

• Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

• Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and agent performance.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client satisfaction, and agent productivity.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
