Job Title: Telecaller – Two-Wheeler Insurance Renewals

Company: Tata AIG General Insurance

Job Summary:

Responsible for contacting existing customers and assisting them with renewal of two-wheeler insurance policies, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers for two-wheeler insurance policy renewals

Explain policy benefits, coverage, and renewal offers

Follow up with pending customers to close renewals

Maintain daily call records and update CRM

Achieve assigned renewal targets

Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi & basic English)

Basic computer knowledge

Experience in telecalling/sales preferred

Skills:

Convincing & negotiation skills

Customer handling ability

Target-oriented approach

Salary:

Fixed salary + incentives (based on performance)
