Hiring: Telecaller – PG Owner Outreach

We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at Svh Enterprise. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹7000 - ₹15000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.

• Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.

• Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.

• Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.

• Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Work

• Call PG owners from leads provided by us

• Speak with the owner/decision-maker

• Explain our service using a short script

• Record call outcome in our system

• Identify interested/qualified PG owners

• Send WhatsApp information where required

Requirements

• Good communication skills

• Comfortable speaking Hindi and Marathi

• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge

• Polite and confident on calls

• Ability to follow a defined process and maintain accurate data

• Freshers/students can apply

Work Style

• Calls are generally 2–5 minutes

• Leads, script and system will be provided

• No aggressive selling or arguing with customers

• Performance will be measured on genuine calls and accurate qualification
