Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through ads, website, and walk-ins.

• Explain courses, duration, fees, and career outcomes to students & parents.

• Follow a structured sales script and maintain high professionalism.

• Build strong relationships with prospective students.

• Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, or demo classes.

• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM regularly.

• Follow up consistently to close admissions.

• Achieve monthly enrollment targets.

• Handle basic queries related to jobs, placements, and certifications.

• Excellent communication (Kannada + English required).

• Confidence in speaking over phone.

• Ability to understand student needs and suggest the right program.

• Basic computer & CRM handling skills.

• Strong follow-up and closing ability.

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

• Degree in any field.

• Experience in telecalling, counselling, or EdTech sales is an added advantage.
