Overview

Job Title: Tele Counsellor - Domestic

Function: Call Centre

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

Working Schedule

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Office Hours: 10 am to 7 pm

Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed off

Requirements

Education: Minimum 12^{th} pass (Undergraduates applicable with result in hand)

Experience:

Freshers with good communication skills

Experienced candidates (6 months to 5 years) from BPO Outbound processes

Age: Minimum 18 and Maximum 34

Gender: Female / Male

Communication Skills:

Must be able to communicate in both Hindi and English

Speech clarity required with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Touch Issues (RTI)

Must be talkative and able to speak 3–4 lines on any given topic

Roles and Responsibilities

Call students using provided leads (interested students wanting to join Frankfinn)

Convince students to attend free walk-in seminars provided by Frankfinn

Focus on outbound tele-calling, tele-sales, and lead generation

Compensation

Freshers: 16k in hand - 20k CTC

Experienced: Up to 21k to 25k in hand/CTC (no PF deduction)
