Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and explain our educational services and courses.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information to students/parents.

• Maintain a positive relationship with prospective students and follow up regularly.

• Keep records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and admissions.

• Coordinate with the counseling team for conversions.
