Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Banking Products (Insurance, Loan & Credit Card)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls related to Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, and other Banking Products. The role involves explaining product features, generating leads, and assisting customers with their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding insurance, loan, and credit card offers.

• Explain product details, eligibility, benefits, and process clearly to customers.

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling & conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the team leader.

• Maintain professionalism and adhere to quality standards during every call.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil (or regional language).

• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products preferred.

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and CRM usage.
