Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team at Pramuk Health Services Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for selling Star Health Insurance policies over the phone to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.

• Explain the features and benefits of Star Health Insurance policies.

• Convince and assist customers in choosing the right insurance plan.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries effectively.

• Follow up with interested clients to close sales.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.

• Strong sales and convincing skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
