Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students who have shown interest in courses.
Explain course details, fees structure, and career opportunities clearly.
Follow up with leads generated from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, website, and walk-ins.
Maintain daily call records and update lead status in CRM software.
Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits for interested students.
Answer queries related to courses, duration, placements, and facilities.
Coordinate with the admission counsellor team to convert leads into admissions.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email)
Strong convincing and persuasion skills
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
Good listening and problem-solving skills
