Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Project Intern to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, promoting our products/services, and generating leads to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.

·       Promote company products/services and explain features and benefits.

·       Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

·       Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM.

·       Respond promptly to customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

·       Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Minimum graduation.

·       Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or sales is an advantage.

·       Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

·       Persuasive, confident, and target-driven.

·       Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

·       Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
