Job Role:

We are looking for a Course Advisor (Online Sales Executive) to connect with students via phone calls and help them understand and enroll in our career-oriented courses. All leads will be provided by Job Connect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.

• Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes.

• Answer queries related to course structure, fees, and enrollment process.

• Build trust and rapport with students to guide them toward making informed decisions.

• Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of using a computer and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling (preferred but not mandatory).

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
