Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to support our NGO's outreach and fundraising efforts. The role involves communicating with donors, supporters, and beneficiaries over the phone, sharing information about our initiatives, and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential donors/supporters.
Explain the NGO's mission, programs, and ongoing campaigns.
Encourage donations, volunteer participation, and event registrations.
Follow up with donors and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM/database.
Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and engagement targets.
Coordinate with the fundraising and program teams as required.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and persuasive approach.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is preferred but not mandatory.
