Telecaller ki responsibility hoti hai customers ko outbound/inbound calls karna, unki queries resolve karna, products/services ke baare me information dena aur sales/conversions generate karna.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily outbound/inbound calls handle karna

Customer queries ko politely solve karna

Products/services ke benefits clearly explain karna

Leads generate karna aur follow-ups karna

CRM ya Excel me data entry maintain karna

Targets achieve karna aur team ke saath collaborate karna

Skills Required:

Good communication skills – Hindi/English (as per requirement)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.)

Positive attitude & convincing power

Customer handling skills

Time management & teamwork
