Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers/candidates, provide relevant information, follow up on enquiries, and maintain accurate call records.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/candidates as per the assigned database.
Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
Explain company services, products, job opportunities, or other relevant information clearly.
Follow up with leads and enquiries through calls and messages.
Generate and maintain leads and update their status regularly.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer/candidate responses.
Coordinate with the concerned department for further processing of leads or enquiries.
Ensure timely follow-up with interested candidates/customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Escalate complaints or complicated issues to the reporting manager.
Maintain confidentiality of customer/candidate information.
Prepare daily/weekly calling reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards.
