The role involves interacting with prospective candidates over phone calls, explaining available job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate call records. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job opportunities.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Explain job roles, eligibility criteria, and recruitment processes clearly.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regularly.
Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate interactions in the system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely candidate processing.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
