A dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to identify potential buyers, provide expert consultation on real estate investments, and close property deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management: Handle incoming leads via calls and online platforms, converting them into scheduled appointments.
• Site Visits: Organize and conduct property tours (Site Visits) to showcase features and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences to provide personalized property advice.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations between developers and clients to achieve favorable agreements and successful deal closures.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, new projects, and competitor offerings in Delhi-NCR.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. office time will be 10 am to 7 pm .The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
