Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Customer Interaction

• Make outbound cold calls to industrial clients daily.

• Explain company products and services professionally.

• Connect with decision-makers and generate business inquiries.

• Handle customer objections and answer basic product-related questions.

Lead Follow-up

• Maintain daily call records and follow-up details.

• Coordinate with the sales team for client requirements.

• Share product catalogs and company information through WhatsApp or Email.

Data Management

• Maintain customer database and calling reports in MS Excel.

• Update lead status and follow-up schedules regularly.

Required Skills

• 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Fresher or 0–1 years experience in Telecalling or Customer Support.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

• Confident speaking skills and positive attitude.
