Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and assisting in achieving sales and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

• Follow communication scripts and adhere to processes.

• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Provide information about ongoing promotions or offers.

• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Good communication skills in [Gujarati / Hindi / English]

• Basic computer knowledge

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus

• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive

• Confident and goal-oriented

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with Freshers.
