• Make calls and explain about the cause to members of the public by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets

• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.

• Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the Organization.

• Record details of opportunities and lead notes.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele fundraising. Fresher’s with good interpersonal and communication skills shall also be considered.
