Job Description:

As a Telecaller at Samridhi Software, you will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, explaining our products and services, and helping drive business growth through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and customers.

• Present and promote company products and services clearly and confidently.

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate call records and update customer databases.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of spoken and written English.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-first approach.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

• Fresher and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
