Responsibilities :

An industrial telecaller primarily handles inbound and outbound calls to engage with existing and potential customers regarding industrial products or services. Responsibilities include promoting products, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer records. They also need to meet sales targets, qualify leads, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualification- Any Graduation

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience as an Industrial Telecaller.

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday : 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM.

Note: work-from-office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Salary: Up to 18k [As per expertise]
