Job Description:
Assist customers in selecting suitable Personal Loan and Overdraft products based on their financial requirements.
Generate leads and acquire new customers through referrals, field visits, and telecalling activities.
Evaluate customer eligibility by reviewing income, employment, banking, and credit profiles.
Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements to customers.
Collect, verify, and process loan applications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the application and approval process.
Resolve customer queries and provide end-to-end support during the loan lifecycle.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets for Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and company procedures.
Prepare and maintain records of customer interactions, applications, and business performance.
