Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidates are responsible for giving product awareness and solving customer/client queries in regards to the product or service provided by the company.
You are responsible for handling sales over the predictive dialer system.
You should collect desired information from the customers/clients and maintain healthy relationship.
Making outbound calls for generating leads.
Generate and provide information effectively from leads and other sources.
Follow up with incoming leads.
Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization
