Telecaller / BPO Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Role:

Call customers and explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Overdraft)

Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads

Assist customers in completing loan applications

Forward applications for verification

Maintain daily call and sales reports

Achieve monthly sales targets

Provide support to customers until loan approval

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)

Basic computer knowledge

Interest in sales and telecalling
