Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Tele calling with expertise in the Marriage bureau sector to join our team at Perfect Life Partner Marriage Bureau in Ahmedabad, located at Navarangpura Gam. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The ideal candidate should have 0 - 5 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Gujarati. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Below 10th, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
