Peppermint Communications Pvt. Ltd. is a leading player in the exhibitions and events industry, organizing renowned trade shows such as INTIMASIA (World’s 2nd largest innerwear trade show) and UNDERROOF (a regional trade show focused on innerwear and comfortwear). We connect brands, manufacturers, and retailers on a global and regional platform. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with retail sellers and invite them to participate in our prestigious trade shows. The role involves outbound calling, pitching event value, and building strong relationships with potential attendees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls to retail sellers and businesses across India Promote and pitch trade shows like INTIMASIA and UNDERROOF Explain event benefits, participation details, and visitor advantages Maintain a database of leads and update call records regularly Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into visitors/participants Coordinate with internal teams for data, updates, and campaign execution Handle basic queries and provide accurate information to clients
