We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads
Explain course details, admission process, fees, and benefits clearly
Convince and convert leads into paying customers through strong negotiation skills
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Coordinate with counselors and management for lead closures
1–3 years of experience in telemarketing / telecalling / calling process
Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Good command of Hindi
Strong convincing and persuasion skills
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage
UG: Any Graduate
