Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive who can generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team for our German Hanger, Pagoda, SRF Fabric, and Aluminium Profile products.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
Generate sales inquiries and fix appointments.
Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
Maintain daily call reports and client database.
Share product details and pricing with customers.
Coordinate with Sales and Dispatch department.
Focus on old clients for repeat orders.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
Confident and convincing personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to handle customer queries.

Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate.
0–2 years experience (Telecalling/Sales preferred).

Working Hours:

10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday Off
