We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling / Marketing Executive to manage client interactions, promote company products/services, and support office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to prepare reports, emails, and presentations.
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers for product promotion, follow-ups, and service support.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries in a professional manner.
Generate leads, maintain databases, and update customer records regularly.
Prepare reports, documentation, and daily/weekly call summaries.
Draft professional emails and assist in creating presentations for internal and client use.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the company positively.
Perform general office tasks and support administrative activities as needed.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication).
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and maintain accurate records.
Strong customer handling skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Basic marketing knowledge and willingness to learn new tools or techniques.
Minimum: Graduate (preferred).
Experience in telecalling or marketing is an advantage, but freshers may also apply.
