Hiring Partner: Naz V HR Solutions

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi & English and the ability to interact confidently with customers over the phone.

💰 Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 per month
📍 Location: Thane, Mumbai
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass
💼 Experience: 0 – 6 Months
🗣️ Languages: Hindi & English
🕐 Shift: Day Shift
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and communicate product/service information effectively.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate customer and call records.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Update customer information accurately in the system.

• Prepare basic reports and summaries as required.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Job Requirements

• 12th Pass minimum qualification.

• 0–6 months of experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, or related fields.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Good convincing and customer-handling abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week in the Day Shift.
