• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls politely and professionally.

• Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors, treatments, and appointments.

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments as required.

• Maintain proper call records and update patient information in the system.

• Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, or pending requirements.

• Coordinate with OPD, Counseling, and other departments for smooth communication.

• Ensure patient queries and complaints are resolved or escalated appropriately.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and service targets.
