Position: Real Estate Telecaller (Female)

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain customer data and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
Follow up with interested customers until closure.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer updates and site visit feedback.

Requirements

Female candidates only.
Minimum 2 years of Telecalling/Real Estate Sales experience.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
