Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive – FMCG

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to support our FMCG sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for calling retailers/customers, taking orders, following up on pending orders and payments, informing customers about new products/offers, and coordinating with the sales team for timely supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily calls to retailers, wholesalers, and existing customers.

• Take orders over the phone and coordinate with the sales team for billing and delivery.

• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery.

• Inform customers about new products, schemes, offers, and promotions.

• Generate repeat orders from existing customers.

• Maintain customer-wise calling and order records.

• Follow up for outstanding payments wherever required.

• Coordinate with Salesmen, Team Leaders, and the Distributor office.

• Identify inactive customers and make regular calls to reactivate them.

• Handle basic customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Maintain daily calling, order, and follow-up reports.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG telecalling/tele-sales preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.

• Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred.

• Should be target-oriented and comfortable making a high volume of calls.

• Experience with FMCG retailers/distributors will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of calls made per day.

• Number of productive calls.

• Orders generated through telecalling.

• Sales value generated.

• Number of active customers.

• Repeat-order percentage.

• Payment follow-up and recovery.

• Customer reactivation.

Working Hours

Full Time | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly off as per company policy.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is confident, disciplined, target-oriented, and comfortable speaking with FMCG retailers on a daily basis.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
