About the Role
We are seeking a motivated DSA Coordinator to manage and strengthen relationships with our Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for loan products. The role involves onboarding new DSAs, coordinating with sales and operations teams, tracking lead performance, and ensuring smooth communication between DSAs and the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Handle DSA onboarding, registration, and documentation processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and business partners. Coordinate with internal teams for lead tracking and disbursal updates. Monitor DSA performance and share timely MIS reports with management. Support in resolving DSA queries, payouts, and commission reconciliation. Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in DSA coordination or loan processing. Strong knowledge of loan products (Personal, Home, or Business Loans). Good communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/Loan Management Systems (LMS).
