## Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads.

## Main Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services

2. Generate sales leads and convert them into sales

3. Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service

4. Update CRM software with customer interactions and sales data

5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals

1. Prospecting and lead generation

2. Product pitching and sales conversion

3. Customer relationship building and management

4. Data entry and CRM management

5. Sales reporting and analysis
