Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Tele Marketing Executive to lead tele-calling activities, generate quality leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven telesales experience, and the ability to guide junior telecallers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation through cold calling, follow-ups, and database calling.

Explain product/service features to potential customers over the phone.

Maintain and update customer database regularly.

Achieve weekly/monthly call targets and conversions.

Train and guide junior telecallers if required.

Handle escalated queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication (Gujarati, Hindi, English)

Convincing and negotiation skills

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)

Qualifications:

Minimum HSC / Graduate in any field

Minimum 5 years of experience in telemarketing / telesales
