Job Description

Make 100 cold calls daily to potential clients using the provided business database.

Introduce our services professionally and generate qualified leads.

Build rapport with prospects and convince them to avail of our services.

Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into sales.

Maintain daily call records and update lead status.

Achieve a monthly business target of ₹1,00,000.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new clients.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM is an added advantage.

Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.
