Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Maruti Flex Traders LLP. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling signage products, ACP sheets, textile products, LED modules, power supply, and industrial self-adhesive tapes.
This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information, demonstrate features, and offer recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Strive to create a positive and personalized shopping experience.
Sales Generation: Proactively approach customers to initiate conversations, understand their requirements, and guide them towards suitable products or services. Utilize sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue opportunities. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings. Share product knowledge with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Order Processing: Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and customization options. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and arranging for product delivery or pickup. Collaborate with other teams, such as inventory or logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales inquiries or concerns. Actively seek feedback and provide exceptional customer service.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Generate sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to management to support decision-making and sales strategies.
