Tele calling

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients across various industries.

• Utilize pre-approved scripts to communicate the features and benefits of IT products and services.

• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored software/IT solutions.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to existing and potential customers.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, client conversations, and sales in the CRM system.

• Handle incoming inquiries from existing clients and redirect to appropriate departments when necessary.

• Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and previous calls to convert prospects.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT is a plus.

  • At least 1 year of telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in an IT/software company.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and working towards sales targets.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

  • A results-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
