We Are Hiring | Tele Relationship Executive (Female)

📍 Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

We are looking for a female Tele Relationship Executive with experience in calling profiles, preferably from Life Insurance, Credit Card (CR Card) channel, or Banking verticals.

Key Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in outbound/inbound calling

• Prior exposure to Life Insurance / Credit Card / Banking sales or servicing is preferred

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

• Ability to handle customer conversations, follow-ups & conversions

• Target-oriented with a professional and customer-focused approach

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Calling existing and potential customers

• Explaining insurance and financial products clearly

• Converting leads and achieving assigned targets

• Maintaining healthy customer relationships

• Coordinating with internal sales and support teams

• Updating call details and customer information accurately

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA
