Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Kasba
Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Kasba. The candidate will be responsible for making sales calls and feedback calls to customers in a professional and polite manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
Handle customer communication professionally
Conduct feedback calls after service or interaction
Maintain call records and updates properly
Follow up with customers when required
Support the team in customer engagement and lead conversion
