Job description:
Key Responsibilities : 1. Bulk Hiring:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring project through the ATS.
Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating the selection process over call.
2. Goal Achievement:
Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets as per organizational goals.
Effectively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure hiring deadlines are met.
3. Coordination & Reporting:
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for smooth onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment data, and reports for review.
4. Stakeholder Management:
Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Liaise with team members and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:1. Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms. Goal-oriented and capable of managing time effectively.
Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and hiring processes.
