We are looking for a Telecalling to join our team LeaseEZY Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Leasing Telecalling (Sales) responsible for handling company-provided leads, managing client inquiries, conducting property showings, and closing commercial leasing deals. Maintains owner and customers relationships, prepares proposals, negotiates terms, ensures smooth documentation, and drives monthly sales targets while representing LeaseEZY professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

· Meet potential lessors and present them with the lease properties.

· Prepare leases by following the property standards and regulations.

· Match and compare customer’s needs with the property available for lease.

· Coordinate smoothly with prospective renters and prospective tenants.

· Handles answer questions of sales by phone, email, and messages.

· Create promotional emails and announcements to advertise available properties

· Stay updated regarding property market status.
