We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executives for deployment at City Union Bank (Adambakkam branch). Candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card, personal loan, and other banking products

Understand customer needs and explain product features and benefits clearly

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM regularly

Follow compliance and quality standards as per bank norms

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 6 months of telesales or telecalling experience in the banking or financial sector

Experience in credit card sales, personal loans, or banking products is highly preferred

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Should be result-oriented and self-motivated
