Job Summary

To proactively engage potential buyers and sellers, providing information on real estate properties, generating interest, scheduling appointments, and nurturing leads for the sales team through effective telephonic communication. 

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads from databases, campaigns, and existing clients.

• Introduce and explain property features, prices, locations, and project details.

• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.

• Schedule property viewings, site visits, and meetings with real estate agents.

• Update and maintain customer information and call logs in the CRM system.

• Follow up with leads to build relationships and gauge interest.

• Achieve daily/monthly call volume and lead generation targets.

• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. 

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
