Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective telesales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
2. Promote and sell FMCG products, including food, beverages, personal care, and household items.
3. Identify and qualify leads, and follow up on existing customer relationships.
4. Conduct product demos and presentations over the phone.
5. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
6. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and customers.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
