Title: Insurance Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, recommend suitable insurance plans, build long-term client relationships, and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and cold calling.

• Meet prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.

• Explain insurance products, coverage, benefits, and premium options.

• Recommend suitable life, health, motor, or general insurance policies.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, complete application forms, and process policy documentation.

• Follow up with customers for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Provide after-sales support and assist customers during claims when required.

• Stay updated on new insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in insurance or financial product sales.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

• Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes is an advantage.
