Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, providing suitable insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
Contact potential customers and explain insurance products and benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Assist customers with policy documentation and claim-related queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in insurance sales, telesales, or direct sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or General Insurance sales.
IRDA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
