We are looking for a female telecaller for inbound calls related to tour and travel packages and import–export services. The candidate should have good communication skills and be confident in handling customer queries. Basic English-speaking ability is required. The role involves explaining package details, assisting import–export clients with their queries, and providing complete information over calls. Training will be provided for 5–10 days to help the candidate understand all processes and services. The ideal candidate should be polite, presentable, and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
