Job Title: Telecaller

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in telecalling or customer handling

Salary:15000- 25,000 per month

Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Job Location: Bilekahalli /JP Nagar

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about products/services.

Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English (mandatory)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
